Protein Bread
Makes: 1 extra large loaf (350g mix)
Ingredients:
350g LLWF Multi Purpose Nut Free Bread mix
30-60g (1-2 scoops) protein powder (natural or vanilla)
1 ½ tsp baking powder (aluminium free)
1 tsp sea salt
4 free range eggs
¾ cup coconut or nut milk
1 cup filtered water
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180oc and line a small loaf pan with baking paper.

Ground ½, ¾ or all of the bread mix depending on your liking in a small blender or food processor then add to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the bread mix if your not blending all of it.

Add the protein powder, salt and baking powder to the bread mix then stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, add the eggs, milk and water then whisk for about a minute until the eggs have mixed thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients then add it to the dry mix in the large bowl.

Stir for about 1 minute until it becomes thick dough then spoon into the bread pan and flatten the top.

Sit on the bench while the oven then add the bread and cook for 60 minutes

Allow to cool before cutting. Store in the fridge.
NOTES:
We've found that any type of protein powder works fine, you may get a slightly different consistancy and taste but the end result is still delicious.
Vanilla protien powder works well in this recipe if that is all you have.
